FAQ: All products (unless noted as “available now”) are handcrafted after you place your order. Custom engraved items are non-returnable. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery of normal stock items. All items are made from naturally tanned top grain American hides that will reflect minor variations in color and dyeing. Any structural defects in a hide are not included in any of the products I design for you.
Shipping: All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx as a priority mail item. All items are insured with the shipping companies for the value of the product purchased in case of lost, stolen or damaged delivery due to USPS or FedEx error. While our tannery is experiencing delays due to Covid and high order volume, the medium brown harness leather is in limited supply. The buck brown and russet color is incredible, you will not be disappointed!
